THC E-Juice Image

Let’s get crafty and learn how to make some cannabis e-liquid!

With the recent explosion in the popularity of e-cigs we get asked where you can find “weed juice” all of the time. It’s a stealthy and convenient way to get your fix so of course right?

Unfortunately THC e-liquids are not something you’re going to be able to run to the corner store and buy. No worries, with a little patience and ingenuity it’s not difficult to make at home without even having to change out of our sleepy pants! The best part is you will be able to use this juice to vape on most all of your ecig devices!

Here is what you’re going to need to get started:

  • 30 ml Food Grade USP Vegetable Glycerine (VG)
  • 100 ml Food Grade UPS Propylene Glycol (PG)
  • Cheesecloth
  • 7 grams of excellent quality cannabis or hash
  • Variable Voltage E-Cigarette Device /w a High Quality Atomizer

Step 1. Finely grind 7 grams of cannabis
Step 2. Add 100 ml of Propylene Glycol into a sterilized pot
Step 3. Add your ground materials to the pot
Step 4. Simmer for 6-8 hours on the lowest temperature, stirring occasionally (Once the liquid stops darkening it is done)
Step 5. Let mixture cool
Step 6. Filter the mixture into a container by pouring through the cheesecloth (filter until there are no particles left)
Step 7. Add 30 ml of Vegetable Glycerine
Step 8. (Optional) Add your choice of food flavorings for an even funner experience (see flavoring tips)
Step 9. Bottle the magic, fill up your tank or cartomizer, and enjoy the ride!

ALWAYS work in a sanitary environment with clean tools.

The potency of your final product is determined by the cannabis you use so always go for the best!
You can find high quality inexpensive UPS food grade Vegetable Glycerine and Propylene Glycol and flavorings at
THC liquids will gunk up your coils quickly so be prepared for that!
Ratio for 70PG/30VG 20% Flavor Juice: 100ML PG / 70 ML VG / 40 ML Flavoring
Feel free to play with the ratios and find what works best for you!

Flavoring Tips:

Do not use any sweetener or flavoring that is sweetened. The additives will quickly clog your atomizer and may taint your liquid.
Avoid cinnamon, banana, and citrus flavorings in plastic atomizers as they may naturally react to the plastic.
Reduce the PG for each ML of food flavoring you will use.
We recommend starting at 15% flavoring and not going beyond 30% of total volume.
